Bachelor-First Rental Platform
RentWithoutRules exists to solve one problem: bachelors are repeatedly lied to, rejected, or morally policed while searching for rental homes. We list only homes that genuinely allow bachelors, with rules stated upfront and enforced honestly.
Tenant-side by default
RentWithoutRules is opinionated and enforcement-driven. We take the tenant's side when rules are broken.
No paid exceptions
There are no silent warnings and no premium bypass for violations. Rule breakers are delisted and can be banned.
Bachelor-Friendly Certification (BFC)
Every listing must be certified before going live. Certification means bachelors are explicitly allowed, rules are frozen, and owner accountability is enforceable.
Level 1: Bachelor-Allowed (Verified)

Level 2: Bachelor-Friendly
- No unreasonable curfews
- No daily interference
- Visiting rules clearly defined

Level 3: Bachelor-Trusted
- Positive bachelor tenant history
- Clean deposit return record
- No complaints logged
- Consistent behavior over time
Owner Rules
- Allow bachelors as stated
- Freeze rules at time of listing
- Respect tenant privacy
- Follow agreed deposit and notice terms
Not Allowed
- Changing rules after tenant contact
- Rejecting tenants after confirmation
- Moral policing or personal interference
- Arbitrary deposit deductions

Enforcement Policy
Violations lead to listing takedown, badge removal, and internal owner flagging. Repeat violations trigger permanent ban.

What we don't do
We do not guarantee tenant behavior, mediate legal disputes, or replace signed rental agreements.
Initial rollout is limited to selected localities in Kochi with manual verification only. Expansion begins only after trust metrics remain stable.
